The hotel is fairly clean with extremely friendly and extraordinarily friendly staff members. It is in favourable and ideal location to a famous cathedral, set near the property.

Spotlessly clean, excellent value hotel, the location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice close to the top sights and many restaurants and Gare Montparnasse for next day so very good for that. The staff was incredibly attentive can provide additional tips. The breakfast was freshly prepared and affordable and there were a great selection of options.

We have booked guest room with clean facilities. The location couldn't be more particularly good and incredible close to multiple subway lines. For dinner we chose Sakura Ramen, that was 500 feet from the hotel.

I have stayed in the superior twin room with a little refrigerator and tea/coffee.

Really enjoyed it. I stayed here for 5 nights, the hotel was charming, with really easy location very close to Montparnasse downtown, all top tourist spots, and Paris.

That was beautiful little and stylish hotel set in really safe area, just next door to the supermarket and the metro station as well as Simone de Beauvoir. Got well laid out room with snacks and a view to the garden and trendy design had a very good stay overall.

New-fashioned room, spotless, with trendy design and quite big bathroom, for instance. Excellent service, very-very nice and courteous staff.

Breakfast was free, incredibly beautiful views, easy location very close to the main train station. We booked a comfort king room, it was brand-new and great modern. The bed was comfortable and a writing desk, tea and coffee were a bonus.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right near a metro station makes it convenient to reach all Paris attractions. Additionally, there are various restaurants in Montparnasse for a wide selection of dining options. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms with a view to the garden are a nice touch, and the recently renovated bathrooms are modern and clean. The fast free wifi is a bonus, allowing guests to stay connected throughout their stay. The breakfast is included and offers good quality products, with all fresh food. And for coffee lovers, the hotel provides very good coffee from a machine.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

I enjoyed the fact that it was in Paris and near the Metro. That's about it.

The rooms were, even by Paris standards, tiny. Especially for two people. We were tripping over each other constantly and there was literally not enough room for one suitcase, let alone two (small) ones. The shower facilities were dismal.It is not mentioned that they are only either on the top or bottom floor, and ridiculously small. The WC was ok.

The location was good - near the metro, shops and restaurants.

We chose this hotel particularly because the Rough Guide said it was in a quiet street. But not if you were on the first floor at the front. We could hear loud road noise from Avenue Maine and a nearby bar at the weekend was noisy until early hours. Also we paid for an en suite room but our door was opposite the w.c. - so we could hear that door opening and closing, often very early in the morning (probably woken up by the rubbish collection at 6.30 am!)
